From the moment we arrived, the owner and staff at New Bali Guesthouse were exceptionally warm and welcoming. the accommodation was spotless, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities one could need. It truly felt like a blend of homeliness and sophistication, which I appreciated. The double room we stayed in was well-equipped with a kitchenette, electric kettle, microwave, and a cozy seating area with satellite TV. It was a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the nearby Amajuba Mall and Fort Amiel Museum. the attention to detail in the room made our stay even more enjoyable. The free WiFi was a lifesaver for someone like me, always needing to stay connected, and the air conditioning was a welcome relief in the summer heat. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our check-in was seamless, and their attentiveness continued throughout our visit. Despite our late arrival and early departure, the owners made sure to accommodate us and waited up to welcome us, which was a thoughtful gesture. the peaceful surroundings and the delicious breakfast made our stay even more memorable.
